Biography

Chantal is a highly skilled Wound Care Nurse Practitioner with an exceptional command of best-practice care for aging populations. She offers nearly two decades of nursing experience and knowledge, including bedside care in the acute care environment, nursing education, care management, long-term care and nursing leadership. Working as a nurse practitioner in the long-term care setting, Chantal enjoys caring for those who cannot care for themselves, advocating, working with teams and providing evidence-based care to her patients to improve health outcomes. Chantal, her husband and their five children live in Cincinnati. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, playing games, traveling and singing.
